The Whole Person Process Facilitation workshop prepares participants to lead authentically and to lead organizational processes that achieves results and do work that matters. Join us for this 3 day highly experiential workshop to learn how to:

  • Connect with the creative potential of your organization by accessing the multiple intelligences (mental, spiritual, emotional, physical) and learning styles of individuals.

  • Work holistically to design meetings and organizational processes that engage individuals and inspire collaborative actions.

  • Mobilize teams to achieve results and transform your workplace into a life nurturing environment.

The learning attends to the interior condition of the leader, meaningful connection with the collective and practical and simple “how to” skills, tools and knowledge to work with the organizational system.

Learning Outcomes

You will leave this experiential, interactive workshop equipped with practical and holistic processes and tools that will enable you to:

  • Work with both the essence and the form of Whole Person Process Facilitation (WPPF) to design meetings that engage your participants in a way that allows for them to discover their passion and take ownership of what matters most to them;

  • Tap into the potential and collective genius of individuals and your organization as a whole;

  • Maximize learning and results in every meeting, including learning workshops, business meetings or focus groups by engaging the “whole brain” and the “whole person” – mind, body, heart and spirit;

  • Build teams and collaboration while working on important business issues;

  • Be conscious of the implications of actions and behaviours of the facilitator/leader and effective use of self;

  • Prepare yourself to facilitate and pay attention to your personal health and balance;

  • Engage the multiple intelligences and learning styles of participants;

  • Work with information, knowledge, and wisdom that comes from beyond the five senses;

  • Identify how to integrate and enhance your current knowledge and facilitation experience into a holistic meeting/organizational process;

  • Activate each individual's personal life purpose, invite the alignment of personal purpose with group purpose and inspire individual and collective action;

  • Explore the WPPF as a leadership approach and operating system that supports ongoing health and balance of an organization; and

  • Effectively lead transformation and change processes.

Our Approach

Our teaching model is rooted in experience. The facilitation process for the workshop is Whole Person Process Facilitation. Participants will have a lived experience of the methodology and its power as a meeting process as part of the learning. The focus on self as a facilitator will benefit participants in any situation where they find themselves leading groups.

The three day program includes learning the essence and form of WPPF, making genuine contact with self as a facilitator/leader and learning simple and practical tools to work with the deep essence of groups and organizations. There is space within the workshop for active experimentation and discussion based on learning needs. Participants can initiate planning of WPPF meeting within the workshop.

A 3 hour on-line follow-up and group coaching session about one month following the workshop will provide an opportunity to share learning, explore questions that arise and discuss future possibilities for application of the methodology.

The workshop includes a workbook to support ongoing learning. Audio and video CDs are available for purchase as an additional learning tool. All participants have access to support and mentorship following the training through an international network of Genuine Contact™ professionals. Completing Whole Person Process Facilitation fulfils one of four course requirement for participating in the Genuine Contact™ Program Train the Trainer workshop. (Working with Open Space Technology, Whole Person Process Facilitation, Cross Cultural Conflict Resolution and Genuine Contact Organization)

Our Facilitation Team

Courage Group International co-owners make up our facilitation team: Michelle Cooper of Integral Visions Consulting Inc (Ancaster, ON), Donna Clark of Emergent Futures Consulting Inc (Halifax, NS) and Marquis Bureau of MBureau International Inc (Notre Dame de la Salette, QC). They are authorized Genuine Contact™ Trainers and Co-Owners who have been working with the Program for a number of years. This collaboration offers participants the opportunity to learn from Genuine Contact Professionals working across Canada and internationally in a variety of sectors including health, government, private sector and education. It also allows us to offer the Genuine Contact workshops both in English and French, providing participants with a unique and customized learning experience. We’ve invited Esther Matte from Communications Esther Matte to co-facilitate the workshop in Montreal.
