The agenda is prepared using participatory processes to allow these important issues to emerge, but without any pre-determined outcomes, leaving space for end results far beyond your expectations.

We will work with your planning team to develop the guest list and recommend inviting as wide a variety of stakeholders as possible to your corporate retreat. Our retreat facilitation processes are based on the holistic framework of the Genuine Contact Program and include a variety of engaging, participatory methodologies which are custom combined to meet your needs. Retreats can last from 1 day to several days depending upon the goals to be achieved.

Teambuilding is one of the most requested elements of a corporate retreat. We view teambuilding not a separate activity, but rather an integrated component of our facilitation processes, providing opportunities for natural team building to emerge throughout the event.
