Integral Visions Consulting offers training in the Genuine Contact™ Program in both public forums and in-house workshops.  The Genuine Contact Program builds skill and capacity within individuals and the organization for working with change. It is the vehicle through which the organization becomes an interconnected learning organization, a Genuine Contact Organization.

The Program is based on 4 key pillars:

• Foundational Workshops assist you in understanding the importance of individual and organizational heath and balance and help you to create your own health and balance plans for yourself and your organization.

• Advanced Skill Development Workshops focus on three key meeting facilitation methods and the development of the Genuine Contact Organization.




• Mentoring is the key to ongoing success, growth and development.

• The Medicine Wheel Tool© is a framework that acts as an operating structure for the organization and can be used in a variety of applications including organizational development, project development, and meeting planning.

 
The Genuine Contact Program was designed by Dalar International Consultancy to keep external consultant involvement to a minimum, providing training and mentoring work so that working with change is led from within the organization. Change from within has the best opportunity to last and renew itself.

Training components of the Genuine Contact Program offered by Integral Visions Consulting include:

3. Working with Open Space Technology (4 days) (OST)

4. Whole Person Process Facilitation (3 days) (WPPF)

5. Cross Cultural Conflict Resolution (2 days) (CCCR)

6. Genuine Contact Organization (GCO) (4 days) (Formerly Conscious Open Space Organization(COSO))

The Foundational and Advanced Skill Development workshops can be taken individually to learn a particular skill set or in combination for further capacity development.  We suggest the following 5 streams depending upon your interests.
