Career Planing and Development

Career development is a continuous process, iterative rather then linear requiring individuals to understand the environment in which they live and work, assess their own strengths and limitations, articulate their personal career vision, develop a plan for the future and then market themselves to help achieve that plan.

We are pleased to be able to offer our clients a full range of career planning and development workshops through our association with donnerwheeler. There are programs for individuals and organizations.
