Our approach is based on encouraging others to access and use their full potential. We believe that leadership should be shared by us and the client simultaneously. Our work is not about telling our clients what to do and how to do it, but instead focuses on creating an environment in which leadership can naturally emerge within the organization.
Our leadership approach includes*:
Modeling the Way – our actions are in alignment with our words; we ‘walk the talk’.
Inspiring Shared Vision – developing a shared vision within the organization allows everyone to understand and perform their individual work within the framework of achieving a common goal.
Encouraging Others to Act – encouraging collaboration and assisting individuals within the organization and the organization itself to build capacity and tap into individual and collective wisdom. Our work is designed to allow the organization to move forward with minimal consultant involvement.
Challenging the Process – Just because it is ‘the way we’ve always done it’ doesn’t mean it’s the best way. We challenge ourselves and our clients to search for opportunities and to experiment with new processes.
Our senior consultant, Michelle Cooper, keeps up with emerging leadership literature/techniques and integrates new learnings that fit within her values and beliefs.

Integral Visions bases its work on a vision of assisting all organizations to become healthy, effective, and life nurturing. In developing these workplaces, we pave the way for individuals within the organizations to also become healthy and effective. We achieve this vision through participative meeting facilitation, emergent leadership development, organizational consulting, building successful mentoring relationships, individual and group coaching and training in the Genuine Contact Program™ as outlined in our Services.
Integral Visions highly values our relationships with our clients. We build client relationships based on integrity, caring and a sense of partnership, paying particular attention to relationship development at the onset of our working relationship and will include processes to continue to strengthen that relationship throughout the duration of the project.
We believe that client relationships are based on collaboration and teamwork and see this as a partnership, not as an expert/student relationship. We trust in our processes and the collective wisdom of the organization and build all relationships from this level of trust.
